mussel rice
A mussel rice with a chewy mussel on top of a sticky rice! Mussels are good for soup or side dishes, but it's really good to cook with rice If you mix it with the sauce, the salty taste of the sea spreads in your mouth. Make a delicious bowl with calcium and iron-rich seasonal mussels ^^!

Ingredients
  • Rice

  • Mussels
    1/2cup

  • fine red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the tot in water and cut it into small pieces, wash the rice and strain it through a sieve and drain it for about 30 minutes. Wash mussels with a little salt and drain.
STEP 2/6
Put a little bit of sesame oil in a pot and saute the mussel meat and toot slightly.
STEP 3/6
Add rice and stir-fry for another minute.
STEP 4/6
Add the seasoned rice ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 5/6
When it boils up, lower the heat to low for another 13 to 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it boil for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.
STEP 6/6
Cut the chives into 1cm lengths and mix them with the rest of the seasoning soy sauce ingredients. Serve mussel rice with seasoned soy sauce and crispy roasted seaweed, if desired.
