Bring the sauce to a boil over low heat. You can boil popcorn chicken while it's fried.

When the popcorn chicken is done, put it in the soy sauce.

You just have to coat it with the sauce evenly. Turn the heat to low. Lastly, add pumpkin seeds and mix them well. That's it. If you add nuts, the texture is good and it tastes better because it's more savory.
