Making dried pollack soup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, soak the dried pollack in lukewarm water.

STEP 3/6
Wash the soaked dried pollack head clean and boil it in a pot.
(3 dried pollack heads / 2L water)

(Add radish, onion, kimchi, carrot, minced garlic and boil.)
Cut the radish into small squares. (2 paper cups)
Cut carrots into squares in the same shape as radish. (Paper Cup 1/3)

Cut the onion in half and then cut it into long pieces. (Half an onion)
Wash kimchi in water and chop it finely. (half a paper cup)
Chop up the garlic. (1T)
You can add bean sprouts and tofu here.
STEP 5/6
Remove the foam from the center of the pot.

Add green onion, cheongyang red pepper and sesame oil and boil until radish is transparent.
Season it with soy sauce and salt
(You can add the eggs and boil them.)
