Sift together the flour and baking powder. Beat the eggs in an empty bowl, add cooking wine, honey, cooking oil, and sugar and stir evenly until the sugar grains melt.

Heat the frying pan over low heat, cover it with cooking oil, and remove the oil. Using a small ladle, pour the Dorayaki batter one by one, and when bubbles appear on the surface of the dough, turn it over and cook thoroughly.
