STEP 1/17
Please prepare the ingredients!
STEP 2/17
First, prepare whipped cream and balls to make Toowoomba pasta sauce first.
STEP 3/17
Place the cream in a suitable bowl and slice a green onion.
STEP 4/17
Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, mix together, and let it ripen for a while.
STEP 5/17
Wash the shrimp and mix it with soy sauce 1, ketchup 1, pepper 1/2t, and pepper 1/2t.
STEP 6/17
Boil water (3 tbsp salt) to boil the fettuccini noodles.
STEP 7/17
Prepare the garlic with sliced garlic, and chop the onion, paprika, and bacon.
STEP 8/17
When the heat rises in an oiled pan (a pan with a bit of depth is better), stir-fry the garlic and flavor it.
STEP 9/17
When garlic becomes slightly transparent, add bacon and stir-fry together.
STEP 10/17
Stir-fry the prepared shrimp with seasoning. When you stir-fry it, it's good to stir-fry it with a little bit of wine or water.
STEP 11/17
When the shrimp is fully cooked, add onions and mushrooms.
STEP 12/17
When the water boils around this time, add 5 to 6 rolls of the wide fettuccini noodles. When it reaches 7 minutes, check the degree of cooking, and prepare the cooked noodles by mixing them with olive oil.
STEP 13/17
Lastly, add paprika when the onion color is transparent. (You may chop tomatoes into small pieces) Add chungyang chili and stir-fry.
STEP 14/17
Pour in the matured sauce.
STEP 15/17
In a pan where the noodles and sauce are to be stir-fried, place the side lightly covered with olive oil.
STEP 16/17
Place the prepared sauce on the noodles.
STEP 17/17
Stir-fry the noodles and sauce over medium heat and it's done :)
If you buy a commercially available carbonara pasta base or a sauce with cheese, you can make it right away without aging. :) It's perfect if you eat it with basil!
