Making Beef Pancake with Korean traditional pancakes
It's the meat pancake I baked last night. I said I couldn't do it tomorrow because I was busy with work, so I cooked meat pancakes and skewer pancakes in advance last night. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Place beef for meat pancake on a kitchen towel one at a time to remove the blood.
STEP 2/5
Make a seasoning for the drained beef and put it on top of each other and marinate it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/5
Shake off the seasoned beef and coat it with flour ---> egg wash.
STEP 4/5
Grease a heated pan with oil and bake back and forth until golden.
STEP 5/5
Cut the golden grilled meat pancakes into bite-size pieces and place them on a plate. It's a delicious meat pancake that's seasoned even without soy sauce.
---> If you contact the beef store, such as red bean sesame meat and shredded meat, they will slice the beef thinly. I used red bean sesame meat. ---> I sometimes bake it in the oven using glutinous rice powder instead of flour, but I personally prefer glutinous rice powder.
