STEP 1/11
First, cut the prepared ingredients into appropriate sizes.
The ingredients I prepared are mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, and cheongyang peppers.

Cut the zucchini into 5cm lengths and then turn it around and cut it.

(1T minced garlic / 1T minced green onion / 1.5T red pepper paste / 1T dark soy sauce / 1t of sugar / 1t of sesame oil / ginger, pepper powder, sesame seeds)
You can add soy sauce without red pepper paste.
STEP 9/11
Put the ingredients in the oil pan and stir-fry them first.
Add a little bit of your thoughts and season it.
(A little bit of cooking oil~ Water comes out of the vegetables.)
STEP 10/11
Stir-fry pork in a pan with a little fund.
On medium heat. On low heat
(A little bit of cooking oil~ Water comes out of the pork.)

Lastly, mix the stir-fried vegetables and pork and stir-fry it a little more. That's it! ^^
