As for the sauce, there was 1T of soy sauce, 1t of red pepper powder, 1t of vinegar, 1t of sugar or oligosaccharide, 1t of plum juice, 1t of sesame salt, and green onion, so I cut it.

Right before we eat, season it deliciously. Here's a tip. Sesame oil can be spoiled, so don't put it in advance when making the sauce, but put it in lightly at the last step when mixing.
