Making sweet and sour chicken radish
I'm thinking about uploading a chicken recipe for the time being. So before we start, we're going to make chicken radish first. Chicken radish is a must when you eat chicken! :) If you make it yourself, you don't have to ask for a lot of radish when ordering chicken, and it's better because you don't have to feel the aggressive taste of chemical additives.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash it clean and cut the peeled radish into a certain size. The size of the chicken radish that we always eat! I know how it feels
STEP 2/6
Put it in a glass container disinfected with hot water. I like bottles and airtight containers.
STEP 3/6
Make sweet vinegar water.
Water: Vinegar: Sugar = 2:1:1 is basic. You can add less sugar to your liking. I put a cup of vinegar and a tbsp of salt in two cups of water paper based on a radish. Put it all in and boil it. That's it.
STEP 4/6
When the sweet vinegar is hot, pour it until the radish is submerged.
STEP 5/6
Cool it down, close the lid, and put it in the refrigerator. You can eat it deliciously after 2-3 days.
STEP 6/6
For your information, you can make pickles in the same way. Cut it into long pieces and add the same sweet vinegar water. If you have cabbage or carrots, it doesn't matter if you put them together.
Pour in the sweetened water as soon as it's hot!
