STEP 1/9
Chop the onion and green onion into small pieces. I will season the beef with a little bit of cheongju and pepper
STEP 2/9
Wash the zucchini clean, cut the tail slightly at the back, and cut it into 4cm thick pieces
STEP 3/9
And cut it in a cross shape. Leave 1~1.5cm at the bottom and cut it. Sprinkle salt on it and soak it a little by little. You can season it with a little bit of salt, and it's easier to add beef later
STEP 4/9
Add 3TS of onion minced, 4TS of green onion minced, 3TS of cooking wine, 2TS of plum juice, 3TS of soy sauce, 2TS of soy sauce, 1TS of sugar, 1ts of salt, 2TS of ground sesame to season beef. Add 500ml of water in a pot and make broth with kelp.
STEP 5/9
Using hands and teaspoon, squeeze the marinated minced beef into the cross. During the above preparation, the pumpkin will be pickled for about 10 minutes, and the cross-shaped part will be mushy and easy to enter.
STEP 6/9
The broth will be finished while the beef is in the zucchini. Even if you don't boil it for a long time, the amount of water is small, so it boils quickly. Remove the kelp and add the zucchini. Allow the pumpkin to soak in the broth for 1 to 2cm. Cover the pot and steam it over medium and low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, and the steamed zucchini is done
STEP 7/9
I took some of the broth out of the broth. If you add too much broth, it will not steam, but become a soup, so be careful about the amount of broth. It doesn't matter if you steam it in the steamer if you're lazy, but the soup needs to be small like this to go well with the beef and soup later, and the pumpkin is much softer and more moist, so it's delicious.
STEP 8/9
And soy sauce sauce that you have to eat with steamed zucchini - 1TS minced garlic, 1TS minced onion, 2TS minced green onion, 3TS soy sauce, 3TS seasoned with soy sauce, 1TS ground sesame, 1TS of plum juice, 1ts of sugar, 1ts of red pepper powder, 2TS of vinegar, 1TS of sesame oil
STEP 9/9
Ta-da! This amazing zucchini dish has been made I put a little bit of red pepper as the garnish. Doesn't it look more luxurious?
* Actually, 500g of beef doesn't go in all. I finished the seasoning in advance and used about 200g for steamed zucchini and left it in the rest of the freezer.
* Steamed beef zucchini:
- Chopping 2 vegetables, seasoning for beef + seasoning for beef
- Cut pumpkin and sprinkle salt. Ready
- Put the beef in the pumpkin and steam it for 20 minutes. That's it
- If you prepare the sauce while steaming for 20 minutes, it's okay!!
