STEP 1/11
Boil spaghetti noodles in boiling water. I just boiled it in a small pot because there was no pot with a wide entrance. You can boil it for 9 to 10 minutes. Add a little salt just before boiling. Then the seasoning will soak up well.
STEP 2/11
Drain the cooked spaghetti noodles on a sieve,
STEP 3/11
Don't throw away the spaghetti boiled water. It's very good if you put it in when you adjust the concentration of spaghetti later.
STEP 4/11
Heat the pan covered with olive oil well.
STEP 5/11
Add chopped kimchi and stir-fry.
STEP 6/11
When the kimchi turns golden, it's well-fried. Then scoop up the commercial spaghetti sauce three times with a spoon of rice. Now, stir-fry it again.
STEP 7/11
When the sauce is done, add the boiled spaghetti noodles and stir-fry while mixing.
STEP 8/11
If the seasoning becomes a little dry during frying, scoop up the remaining spaghetti boiled water with a ladle of water.
As the water goes in, the dry spaghetti sauce gets a little wet.
STEP 9/11
It's all done. You don't need that high level of skill Place well-made spaghetti in a bowl. You can eat it like this.
STEP 10/11
But I'll sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. This cheese is commonly used pizza cheese. Place the cheese on the spaghetti like this and microwave it about two. And if you take it out, it's complete
STEP 11/11
I sprinkled parsley and basil as toppings on the microwave spaghetti and added a sheet of laurel leaves. I went in with pickles. It's more digestible and palatable than any spaghetti.
Pizza cheese doesn't melt as a pan. It's more convenient to microwave it. I think it's perfect for people who can't eat greasy food
