STEP 1/10
Prepare cabbage, carrots, onions, ham, and cheongyang peppers by cutting them into small pieces Vegetables to your liking!!
STEP 2/10
I cook ramen noodles
It says to cook regular ramen for 4 minutes, but I'm going to cook stir-fried ramen, so cook it for 2 minutes.
STEP 3/10
Rinse the ramen in cold water for 2 minutes and keep the noodles firm so that it doesn't get soggy anymore
STEP 4/10
Place some cooking oil in a deep pan, then stir-fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic until the garlic flavor rises.
STEP 5/10
I'll put in the vegetables that I cut beforehand
STEP 6/10
Stir-fry it quickly over high heat. The crunchiness of the vegetables needs to be alive!!
STEP 7/10
If you see the onions becoming transparent, add ramen noodles and a spoon and a half of oyster sauce.
STEP 8/10
Stir-fry it evenly so that the oyster sauce is soaked well and add a little bit of sesame oil at the end to complete the stir-fried vegetable ramen.
STEP 9/10
In another frying pan, I'll cook an egg half-cooked
STEP 10/10
Put it on a plate and sprinkle it on top, and it's done!!
You don't cook ramen, you stir-fry it and cook it, so the noodles don't get soggy until you finish eating it. If it's a stir-fried vegetable ramen that goes well with the rich taste of oyster sauce and spicy chili pepper, stir-fry the vegetables quickly over high heat to make the crunchy taste alive
If you break the yolk and mix it with ramen, it'll taste good^^
