STEP 1/9
Pour boiling water to remove the fat from the fish cake.
STEP 2/9
Pour 1/3 cup more water to the amount of water that usually boils ramen and boil it.
STEP 3/9
Slice garlic into pieces.
(If you don't have whole garlic, you can use minced garlic. I used the frozen garlic in the freezer.)
STEP 4/9
Shred the pike in thin and long pieces to blend well with the shape of the ramen.
STEP 5/9
When the water boils, add noodles and powder soup, but leave about a quarter of the soup.
(The fish cake is also seasoned, so put all the soup in and boil it, and it's salty. But if you're a heavy eater, you can put everything in.)
STEP 6/9
When ramen starts to boil, add sliced garlic and boil.
STEP 7/9
While the ramen is boiling, put the sliced fish cake in a bowl and add an egg and mix well.
STEP 8/9
When the ramen boils, add the prepared fish cake and boil it until the noodles are cooked.
(If you add green onions or cheongyang peppers according to your preference, it becomes a different fish cake ramen.)
STEP 9/9
Put it in a bowl.
If you don't like the smell of garlic, it tastes better if you reduce the amount of garlic and add green onions or cheongyang peppers.^^
