When the minced garlic is cooked, add the fish cake and chopped pepper and stir-fry until the fish cake is cooked. I think it's appropriate to cut the chili into 4 pieces. The reason why I put kkari pepper in stir-fried fish cake is because it tastes better when the pepper scent lingers gently. You don't have to put it in.

Lastly, finish with sesame powder. It would be spicier if you put in Cheongyang red pepper, but there was no Cheongyang red pepper on the day of making it, so I only made it with chili powder seasoning. If you have Cheongyang red pepper, I recommend you add about one and try it more spicier. It's really good.
