STEP 1/5
I bought the trimmed squid in the freezer and left it frozen. I defrosted it to use it as a side dish. Wash in clean running water. Just pay more attention to the suckers on the squid legs and wash them in running water. You don't have to peel it. You can just cut it in a straight line, but I cut it and made some shapes.
STEP 3/5
Put 1 cup of water, one kelp, one quarter of an onion, half of a pepper, two ginger slices, a little green onion, 2TS of oligosaccharide, 6TS of soy sauce, 2TS of refined rice wine, 2TS of cooking wine, and 2TS of plum juice in a small pot and boil for 3 to 5 minutes. And then take out all the ingredients.
STEP 4/5
Add all the squid when the soy sauce is boiling again. Please rummage through it. Squid gets tough when cooked too much, so I'll turn off the heat in a minute or two. But it's soft enough to cook deliciously.
STEP 5/5
When this visual comes out, braised squid, a simple side dish, is complete. Please taste it at the end and add salt if you need more soy sauce.
You can smell the fishy smell of squid with 1 or 2 pieces of ginger! I recommend putting it in if possible because it holds it!
