You can easily make bulgogi hot pot if you just season bulgogi. Seasoning is 6 soy sauce, 3 sugar, 3 cooking wine, 1 minced garlic, pepper, and sesame oil (based on rice spoon). (Beef is about 600G seasoned.) I heard that one spoon of soy sauce per 100G of meat is appropriate. I added sugar. You can add starch syrup or plum, and the ratio of soy sauce and sugar is 2:1. If you don't like sweet things after tasting it, you can adjust the amount with plum or starch syrup.

Remove the kelp, add the glass noodles, and add bulgogi, vegetables, and mushrooms.
