Making Bulgogi Skewers

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, cut the beef into cubes. I prepared the meat because they asked me to cut it a bit thicker for bulgogi.

Prepare 1 spoon of salt, pepper, and minced garlic and mix with beef~ marinate for about 30 minutes.

And I make the seasoning. 2T of oligosaccharide, 4T of soy sauce, 1/2 of onion, and 0.5T of sesame oil. I'm going to bake it in the oven, so I added a spoon of barbecue sauce. Mix the meat that was marinated for 30 minutes with the sauce and leave it for 30 minutes.

Cut the vegetables into cubes like this. And if you put it in the skewer, it's done.

I'm going to grill it on a frying pan.

The vegetables are cooked together and the moisture is drained, so please grill the meat.
STEP 7/8
So I'll just grill the meat and stick it in the skewer. Now these go straight to the oven.

I put it in the oven and cooked vegetables automatically, and it was baked for about 4 minutes.
