Making zucchini and stir-fried eggplants
When I have to eat vegetables at home, the groom doesn't eat vegetables well, so I chose a side dish!

Within 10 minutes
슈밍콩
Ingredients

    1ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Young squash
    1/2ea
  • All-around soy sauce
    2T
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • Sesame
    0.5T
  • Water
    3T
  • Garlic
    2piece
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop the zucchini, eggplant, and cheongyang pepper
STEP 2/6
Add soy sauce, water, and sliced garlic^^
First, stir-fry it
STEP 3/6
Add zucchini and hot pepper and stir-fry them first
The zucchini is a bit thick, so you have to stir-fry it first to make the sauce soak in better ^^
STEP 4/6
And, by the time the zucchini is slightly cooked,
Add onion and eggplant and stir-fry more
STEP 5/6
Stir-fry it until the eggplant is out of breath ^^
STEP 6/6
Lastly, put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Eggplant absorbs the seasoning quickly, so don't forget to put it in at the end ^^

Thanks to you, I got to know the all-purpose soy sauce, so I am making a week's worth of side dishes useful by adding other vegetables to the recipe. Thank you for posting a delicious recipe
