I mistook the time and did it for 18 minutes, and the top part was burnt, but it was moist inside

We measure it in order as the recipe came out, mix it roughly, and bake it, so it's just a biscuit. The dough is not watery and tough, but it clumps up well, so it's good to scoop up with a spoon once in a while. If you say the dough is watery, if you go to Daiso, you can use the scale, so make sure to zero it. Recipes don't lie lol

I tried the recipe quantitatively. However, after 15 minutes at 180 degrees, I thought it wasn't cooked well, so I baked it for another 7-8 minutes. I'm eating strawberry jam and it's so delicious. I think we can increase the amount of butter and sugar. I don't think I have to brush my eggs at the end. It's a little hard, so should I add some milk to the wall? And I inadvertently added big salt, so I felt the salt taste in places as if the salt didn't dissolve well. Salt is usually saltier than king salt, so I'll try to reduce the amount of salt next time. I always buy and bake bis* powder, and I couldn't even think of it with flour, but it's surprisingly simple. Thank you for the recipe.
