STEP 1/4
Place eggs in a saucepan and add water until 2/3 of the eggs are soaked, then boil with salt and vinegar. When it starts to boil, roll it in one direction for a while and boil it. Peel the well-boiled eggs by soaking them in cold water.
STEP 2/4
Put the boiled egg in a pot, add 2/3 mug of water, and boil it down with 2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce. When the water is half-reduced, add 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and boil down.
After adding oligosaccharide, open the lid and boil it down. That way, the color gets more glossy and it boils down well.
STEP 3/4
Boil it down while pouring sauce on it, and when it's almost done, add sliced green and red peppers, and boil it for a while, and then turn off the heat.
STEP 4/4
Cut the boiled egg in half and put it on a plate
If you don't have chives, you don't have to put them in or you can put chives on top.
The round side of the egg has no spines, so it is easy to be exposed to bacteria, so you can refrigerate it with the point facing down.
