Making cherry tomato jam
I planted two kinds of cherry tomatoes in the garden, and they came out quite a lot. We ate as much as we could, gnawed at the bugs, and it was cooked and fell to the ground because we couldn't pick it out of course. I ate it until I got sick of it, and I made jam with cherry tomatoes. Tomato jam has a different taste from fruit jam.

Cooking Steps

It is a round cherry tomato and two kinds of jujube cherry tomatoes that look long like jujube. I washed the tomatoes clean, removed the top, and trimmed them. It is 1.1 kg of trimmed cherry tomatoes.

Put the trimmed cherry tomatoes in a blender and grind them.

Put the ground tomatoes in a blender into a pot, pour 770g of sugar, and mix them evenly. I put in about two-thirds of the amount of sugar in the tomatoes.

Bring to a boil over a gas fire while stirring. When it is about to boil over, add 4 tablespoons of vinegar and bring to a boil while stirring evenly. Vinegar also has a sterilizing effect, but jam also solidifies quickly. So, if you boil it with vinegar in advance, the time to make jam is shortened, so it's convenient.
STEP 5/7
Remove all the fine foam from the boil. That way, the jam is made quickly. There's a lot of foam.

Then bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
STEP 7/7
Turn off the heat when the jam starts to splash while boiling. It's about as thick as bread. Then the jam is done.

    Thank you for the good recipe. I turned off the heat and removed the foam only once or twice when it started to boil because the foam was huge and overflowing. And when I put it on low heat and thought of it, I stirred it once. After trial and error, I did it this way, saving the hassle of removing the foam and the trouble of continuing to stir. If there's a splashing sound later, it's all done. If you do this, you don't have to use a big pot. I'm learning a lot. Thank you.

    Use a pot with at least a large amount!! It boiled over in a small pot and hardened quickly, so I had a hard time cleaning the gas stove~~ I guarantee the taste. It's so good^^ I'm going to cool it down and make toast tomorrow!
