STEP 1/8
You just have to thoroughly clean every corner with a toothbrush and wash it clean. I'll start cooking conch right after I finish preparing. I ate it in two ways: seasoned conch and raw conch.
STEP 2/8
Whether it's seasoned conch or raw conch, it's basic to boil it first. Add a spoonful of salt and when the water starts to boil, add the washed conch and boil it for 15 minutes. When there's a bubble, you take it off. You need to put it in boiling water so that it doesn't break off.
STEP 3/8
Remove the boiled conch from the water, cool it for a while, and take it out using chopsticks or forks as you can see.
STEP 4/8
Take it out like that and cut it vertically twice and eat it with sweet and sour red pepper paste
STEP 5/8
I picked a bigger size and made conch sashimi and made the rest of the seasoned conch. The seasoned conch is very simple, too. Wash the conch with a toothbrush and boil it in boiling water for about 15 minutes like when making conch sashimi. Vegetables are prepared by cutting cucumbers, onions, water parsley, red paprika, and water parsley as they are.
STEP 6/8
Making seasoned red pepper paste - Mix red pepper paste, minced garlic, plum extract, sugar and lemon juice well.
STEP 7/8
Place the conch on top of the vegetables and mix with a few drops of sesame oil.
STEP 8/8
The seasoned conch is complete! I also sprinkled some sesame seeds.
