  • Pork tenderloin

  • Korean soy sauce

  • Sugar
    1/4ts
  • Water
    1/2Ts
  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Chop onions, cabbages, and carrots, and shred pork tenderloin as well.
STEP 2/4
Add a little bit of refined rice wine to the pork tenderloin and mix it with pepper and starch.
STEP 3/4
Add the oil to the pan and stir-fry it slowly by dissolving it so that it does not to clump together.
STEP 4/4
Stir-fry shredded vegetables. When the vegetables are cooked to a certain extent, mix soy sauce, water, sugar, sesame oil, and pepper in a bowl and stir-fry them with a spoonful of sauce to match.
