STEP 1/9
You can use any part of the beef tenderloin, sirloin, or sirloin. I used it as a tip while it was a little cheap :)

Cut the meat into cubes to make it easier to eat. Cut it into small cubes.

Season the sliced meat with olive oil and herb salt and marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Cut the onion and bell pepper and paprika into big pieces. I put red bell pepper and red paprika to match the color

Please make the sauce according to the recipe. Please note that the steaks and pork cutlet sauce have slightly different sugar and salty taste standards for each product.

Bake the marinated beef in a preheated pan first. You have to put 1 spoon of olive oil first and cook it so that it doesn't stick to the pan.

When the meat is cooked, add vegetables and stir-fry together. You have to cook it quickly over high heat after adding vegetables. If you heat it for too long, the crunchiness of the vegetables disappears and the meat becomes tough!

After adding vegetables, if it smells like stir-fried onions, add the sauce and stir-fry again over high heat so that the seasoning is cut well.
STEP 9/9
Put the finished food on a plate and finish with parsley powder~
TIP You can't put ketchup in more than the proportion. If you add too much of the sour smell of ketchup.. The sauce didn't taste good.
