STEP 1/4
Beat the eggs in a bowl with 1ts salt.
STEP 2/4
Shred the carrots, onions, and bacon, and prepare a handful of chopped sausages
STEP 3/4
Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan and stir-fry all the vegetables, sausages, and bacon. When the onion is half cooked, add ketchup and oyster sauce and stir-fry again, turn off the heat and let stand.
STEP 4/4
Grease another frying pan with plenty of cooking oil and pour in egg water. Turn the heat to medium low, and stir it slightly with chopsticks to make it look soft and like a picture. Add the pre-made omelet filling and cover the egg when it is almost done. Eggs cook really fast, so I think it took less than 5 minutes to get to this process. And if you put it on a plate. The omelet looks pretty good, too
I recommend 1/2TS for oyster sauce if you're only eating omelets, and 1TS for rice side dishes. Don't put oyster sauce in 1TS from the beginning, taste it little by little and add more of what you like.
