STEP 1/20
Mix the water, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, mirin and starch in the orange sauce.
STEP 2/20
Wash the orange peel clean and grind it on a grater.
STEP 3/20
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces,
STEP 4/20
Add salt, pepper, egg and oil and mix well. You can beat the egg and put in 2T or just the whites.
STEP 5/20
Put flour and starch in a plastic pack, mix well, and shake chicken to coat the powder evenly.
STEP 6/20
This is how it works.
STEP 7/20
Pour the oil into the pot and fry the chicken one by one when the oil is heated. First batch.
STEP 9/20
If you want to fry it once, you can fry it once, and I'll fry it twice. This is the first batch of fries.
STEP 10/20
Second round of fried food.
STEP 11/20
Add 1T of oil to ginger, garlic, chopped green onions, and dried peppers and stir-fry them. Dried peppers are usually crushed, but I'm going to put the whole thing in today.
STEP 12/20
When the scent comes up, pour in the mixed sauce
STEP 13/20
When the sauce becomes transparent, you can mix it with orange zest and fried chicken.
STEP 15/20
It's perfect if you eat it with rice, or with fried noodles like fried rice or chowmein. Personally, I like orange chicken, chow main, and cooked vegetables.
STEP 16/20
The glossy chicken is done with green onions and sesame seeds!
STEP 17/20
With rice, it's about two servings, and if you eat chicken, it's about one serving
STEP 18/20
I wonder why chicken franchises don't develop orange chicken..
STEP 19/20
The accompanying rice was made of Basmati rice. I put a cup of water in a cup of rice and cooked it in a laver sushi course that does not use pressure function, and it becomes a delicious rice that flies completely :)
STEP 20/20
Oh, go ahead. Chicken is going in!
