Prepare the mandarin oranges and equivalents of sugar and mix them evenly. I was going to use organic brown sugar, but I used it because I thought it would be prettier if I dipped it in white sugar. You can dip the sugar in whatever you want.

Disinfect it with hot water and put tangerine syrup in a dried glass container. If you leave it like this, the sugar will sink down, so turn it upside down and turn it upside down again. If the sugar melts at room temperature, leave it in the refrigerator and drink it right away or enjoy it with hot tangerine tea.
