Soak dried seaweed in a suitable amount of water. Soak, shake it under running water, wash it, and squeeze out the water. I think I let it soak for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Add 1,200ml of water, add 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1 spoon of green onion, and bring to a boil. You can use 2 spoons of soy sauce. You can season it with salt.

Boil it once, change it to low heat, season it with salt, and boil it until it deepens.
