Ingredients
  • Seaweed
    1handful
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Yellowish green
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    2spoon
  • Salt
    0.3spoon
  • Water
    1200ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak dried seaweed in a suitable amount of water. Soak, shake it under running water, wash it, and squeeze out the water. I think I let it soak for about 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 2/5
Add 1 spoon of minced garlic and 1 spoon of soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes. It's so salty.
STEP 3/5
Put 2 spoons of sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the seasoned seaweed.
STEP 4/5
Add 1,200ml of water, add 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1 spoon of green onion, and bring to a boil. You can use 2 spoons of soy sauce. You can season it with salt.
STEP 5/5
Boil it once, change it to low heat, season it with salt, and boil it until it deepens.
