STEP 1/15
Defrost frozen shrimp in lukewarm water and finely chop carrots, zucchini, onion and ham.
STEP 2/15
Mix the eggs lightly with salt, then put oil on the pan and scramble.
STEP 3/15
Make scrambled eggs over medium-low heat.
STEP 4/15
When cooked well, turn off the heat and pat the egg into small pieces. It doesn't matter if you just make it roughly, but it's not pretty because it's going to be in fried rice.
STEP 5/15
Put the small chopped vegetables and scrambled eggs separately.
STEP 6/15
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in pan over low heat. If you don't melt it on low heat, it melts quickly and burns, so make sure to heat it on low heat! If you don't have butter, you can use oilBut it tastes better if you make it with butter.
STEP 7/15
When the butter melts, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic over low heat and smell the garlic. If you don't have minced garlic, you can use whole garlic. You can skip garlic, but it tastes better with garlic.
STEP 8/15
After smelling garlic, stir-fry all the vegetables and ham over medium heat. Even if you chop the vegetables into small pieces and stir-fry them together at once, it is well fried and time is shortened. If you stir-fry ham together, it's good because you don't have to use a lot of oil.
STEP 9/15
When the vegetables are half cooked, add the shrimp.
STEP 10/15
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cooking wine or rice wine on top of shrimp to remove the smell of shrimp.
STEP 11/15
Cook the pepper over medium heat until the shrimp are round and turn into pretty pink.
STEP 12/15
When the shrimp and vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and add a bowl and a half of rice and a tablespoon of oyster sauce. One and a half bowls of rice and a tablespoon of magical oyster sauce is just right.
Tip: Warm rice is better than cold riceIf you heat the cold rice in the microwave for about a minute and stir-fry it, it mixes well with the ingredients and stir-fry it deliciously.
STEP 13/15
Do not turn on the heat and mix well with oyster sauce. If you mix it with the heat on, the rice won't mix quickly, so turn off the heat and mix it well because it'll get burnt or burn.
STEP 14/15
If the rice is well mixed, turn on the heat and stir-fry the scrambled eggs.
STEP 15/15
And then, add some more pepper. Fried rice tastes good with a little pepper.
