STEP 1/10
Prepare commercial Okonomiyaki mix, cabbage, bean sprouts, shrimp, squid, pork belly, etc
STEP 2/10
Mix 2 spoons of Worcester sauce and 2 spoons of pork cutlet sauce.
STEP 3/10
Add one egg and 140g of water to the okonomiyaki mix powder and prepare the dough a little thick. Spread dough thinly and widely like crepe in a lightly greased heated frying pan.
STEP 4/10
On top of that, place cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, shrimp, squid, and pork belly in order.
STEP 5/10
Break an egg so that the ingredients can stick to each other even a little bit.
STEP 6/10
Boldly using two spatula! Flip it over
STEP 7/10
And while the ingredients are cooking for a while, stir-fry the ramen noodles in the okonomiyaki sauce, and cook it like a fried egg on one side. It's better to add katsuobushi when it's almost done.
STEP 8/10
Put the okonomiyaki that was being cooked separately on top of the ramen noodles. You just flip it over once and put it in the same direction as it was cooked. Since you put the egg on top and turned it upside down, it's easy to put it on top without being messy.
STEP 9/10
If you cook it thoroughly, turn it over and cook it again, Hiroshima Okonomiyaki is complete! Cover and cook over low heat so that cabbage cooks well
STEP 10/10
I put a lot of pork cutlet sauce on the well-cooked okonomiyaki, and I actually had to sprinkle green onion powder on it, but I broke the seaweed and sprinkled it on it. You can sprinkle mayonnaise as much as you want.
If there is no okonomiyaki mix, use pancake mix.
