STEP 1/5
Wash spinach thoroughly, shake off the water, remove the strands, and divide the long ones into two equal parts.
STEP 2/5
Put the eggs in a mini chopper with sesame oil and salt and mix them without a string. You can filter them through a sieve instead of chopping them, or you can put them in a cloth cloth and squeeze them to remove the string.
STEP 3/5
In a heated pan, stir-fry spinach and tuna cans until spinach is out of breath. The tuna is seasoned to a certain extent, so you don't have to season it separately. When stir-fried using the oil in the tuna can itself, the smell of tuna is soaked in spinach, making it more savory and light.
STEP 4/5
Put the stir-fried tuna and spinach on a plate, wipe the pan with a kitchen towel, put a little grape seed oil, pour egg water over medium-low heat, and when it's about 70% done, put the stir-fried tuna and spinach on top, fold it in half, and cook it evenly.
STEP 5/5
Lastly, if you sprinkle sauce that goes well with the omelet (I sprinkled ketchup and mustard sauce), making tuna omelet is complete!
Sliced cheese is a must!! You can put in two if you like.
