Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash and chop cabbage thoroughly and soak it in ice water with clean young leaf vegetables to enhance the crunchy texture.
STEP 2/6
Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix them evenly using a mini whisk to make salad dressing.
STEP 3/6
I used cooked chicken breast, but if it's raw chicken breast, boil it with a little bit of rice wine and salt in boiling water.
STEP 4/6
Put the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a small pan all at once and when it boils, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer until the sauce feels viscous.
STEP 5/6
Put the chicken breast in the super simple teriyaki sauce and boil it back and forth for about a minute. If you boil it down for too long, it can become stiff due to the nature of chicken breasts.
STEP 6/6
Put the slightly boiled chicken breast in teriyaki sauce on a plate, put the watery hair on the vegetables, and pour salad dressing to complete the protein-rich chicken breast steak.
