STEP 1/6
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into half-moon slices. Onions have a spicy taste by shredding them, so rinse them in cold water and remove moisture. Soak the chicory in cold water, wash it three or four times, support it with a sieve, and drain it. And put it on the cutting board and cut it in half.
STEP 2/6
I also prepare cheddar cheese and sliced ham, and when I checked the size of the croissant, the ingredients were big, so I divided them into small pieces again.
STEP 3/6
Cut the croissant open with a knife. And spread butter thinly into the bread. If you put butter on it, even if vegetables go in, it will form an oil film, so the bread won't get dry. Leave the butter at room temperature and let it melt on its own when applied to the bread.
STEP 4/6
Place chicory, slice ham, cheese, etc. in the order of bread.
STEP 5/6
For the sauce, we put in the commercial Whole Grain mustard, which tastes much deeper and tastes better than regular mustard. It tastes different even if you add a little bit of mayonnaise to the mustard.
STEP 6/6
Put in the ingredients one by one, and then put in the sauce!
