When the water boils again, crumble the seaweed.
STEP 2/4
Season it with soy sauce and boil it a little more.

Add chopped chives and turn off the heat. It doesn't matter if you chop up the green onions.
STEP 4/4
Put it in a bowl and add one or two cups of sesame oil.
*If there is no water again; add dried pollack (anchovy) + kelp to make it seem like there is a lot, boil it a little bit, take it out, and use it.
