Spicy Seasoned Jokbal

Ingredients
  • pig hocks
    540g
  • red pepper paste
    3T
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • Starch syrup
    2T
  • Soju
    1small cup
  • Soy sauce
    1T
  • Garlic
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Please make the spicy Jokbal seasoning.
STEP 2/4
Add jokbal and stir-fry about 1 glass of soju over high heat.
When you heat up the meat, grab the smell that you don't know.
STEP 3/4
With soju, stir-fry the jokbal with the prepared seasoning and stir-fry it over high heat.
STEP 4/4
Stir-fry it all, chop the green onions, stir-fry it again, and sprinkle sesame seeds. That's it.
You can control the spicy taste with Cheongyang red pepper according to your preference.
