Ingredients for Shabu Shabu broth: Tea bags for anchovies, kelp, radish, green onions, and general broth. The kelp tastes good, so please put it in as much as possible.

Add ingredients and make shabu-shabu broth first. When the broth boils, take out the kelp first and boil it a little longer. The shabu-shabu broth is ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the green onions and leave the radish as it is.

I seasoned it with katsuo jangguk, cooking wine, and minced garlic. Shabu-shabu is eaten while boiling for a long time, so make the seasoning bland.

Sesame sauce: 2 mayonnaise, 1 soy sauce, 1 sugar, and 1 sesame (based on rice spoon) Grind and add plenty of sesame seeds. It's savory and delicious.
Soy sauce Lemon Sauce: Soy sauce 5, vinegar 5, sugar 2, lemon juice (based on rice spoon) I added half of lemon juice. It's very delicious because it has lemon juice in it.

The broth is boiling. If you put in the vegetables first and then beef, it's done
Lastly, if you add kalguksu to the broth, it's chewy and delicious!
