Add the drained tuna and onion, wash the kimchi, and add the sliced. There was some leftover from the seasoned bean sprouts, so I chopped it and put it in. Don't season it separately. Add an egg.

Put the filling in the dumpling skin and cover both sides. Press it hard.

Boil it in boiling water and it's done. You can steam it or grill it to your liking.
