First, soak agar powder in a cup of water for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, melt agar powder over medium heat, add sugar and starch syrup, and boil it for another 5 minutes.

After cooling it down, divide the meringue twice and stir with a whisk. (There is no meringue in the picture, but if you stir the egg whites with a whisk until they are fluffy like clouds, it becomes meringue.)

It's easy to shape when you have a square frame, but since you don't have it, spread parchment paper and pour marshmallow dough into a round frame.
And it hardens for 1-2 hours at room temperature.

As time goes by, the sticky rice cake becomes soft. Sift and sprinkle sugar powder instead of flour so that it doesn't stick, and cut it with a knife.
