No Butter Muffin

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I prepared lemon sugar, dried papaya, and chocolate chips. If you don't have lemon sugar with lemon zest in it, you can use regular sugar.
STEP 2/6
Put ingredients number 1 in a bowl and stir vigorously using a whisk. If you stir gently, the oil layer separates into hard and tasteless muffins.
STEP 3/6
Prepare ingredient number 2 and sift it into ingredient number 1 and mix the dough using a baking spatula to cut it with a knife. If you stir it too much, the muffin will get tough, so relax and mix it gently with chocolate chips and dried papaya until you can barely see the raw powder.
STEP 4/6
The dough is done.
STEP 5/6
Place the finished dough in a muffin mold, calculate the swelling, fill it only 70-80%, and bake it in a preheated 180-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
STEP 6/6
If you poke it with chopsticks and the dough doesn't stick, it's done with the butter muffin.
