Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Fry egg garnish, cool and slice thinly.
STEP 2/5
Add ingredients for teriyaki sauce and boil in a pot, season and remove from heat.

First, put teriyaki sauce on the rice
STEP 4/5
Add egg garnish and chopped onion. You can skip onions, but I just put them on top because I like raw onions, so if you don't have them, you can skip them.
STEP 5/5
Heat up the leftover chicken, sprinkle the teriyaki sauce moderately over the chicken, then zigzag mayonnaise and top with seaweed flakes.
