Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Radish and cabbage were cut into appropriate sizes to eat, chives were cut into small pieces of garlic with a single finger, fruits and carrots were easy to eat, and they were shaped to look good.
STEP 2/3
Put it in the kimchi container one by one and mix the ingredients evenly by bouncing the kimchi container.
STEP 3/3
Add 4T of thick salt to 1 cup of water and stir well to dissolve.
Put 2 bottles of bottled water in a kimchi container, well-melted salt water, and a pinch of new sugar.
Simply put 4T of red pepper powder in a sieve and fold it gently on the side of the container.
Be careful not to get a lump of red pepper powder in it. If you fold it well, it's clean and clear!
1. For maximum coolness and a sweeter taste, add two cups of cider and stir. 2. No cider or sugar if you're going to eat it for a long time.
