To make japchae, we need to prepare the ingredients first.
I prepared carrots, zucchinis, and onions. I used it because there are three colors of vegetables.

I sliced the kimchi thinly.
And 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil were mixed together.

Mix 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make the sauce

Soak the glass noodles in cold water for at least an hour before using it.
And before making japchae, put it in boiling water, boil it for about 10 seconds, and stir-fry it.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry kimchi and carrots.
Stir-fry kimchi until it is slightly transparent.
STEP 6/8
Add onions and zucchini and stir-fry them together.
STEP 7/8
After soaking it, put the boiled glass noodles together
Add the sauce and stir-fry it evenly.

Kimchi japchae with crunchy and refreshing taste is done^^
