STEP 2/4
Boil the quail. Boil for about 15 minutes. You have to put it in when the water boils so that the yolk goes in the middle. If you put it in boiling water and roll it in one direction, the yolk goes in the middle and becomes a quail egg that doesn't pop well.
STEP 3/4
Use boiled water for meat. Add soy sauce to the meat boiled water and choose starch syrup, oligosaccharide, and sugar according to your preference. I'll introduce you to 5 boiled meat water, 2 soy sauce, and 1 sugar. It's my own golden recipe for jangjorim.
STEP 4/4
It looks a little less colored, but the liver was cut well. It was really bland because the children mixed rice with the meat water. As the children pecked at quail eggs, their sides even exploded. Let's do better next time!! The meat was boiled down to a large size, but I made it big because I took out a lump of it before I ate it, cut it, and put it on a plate.
