STEP 1/4
I blanched the meat to remove the blood. And boil the meat. Add water, green onion and garlic and boil for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/4
Boil the quail. Boil for about 15 minutes. You have to put it in when the water boils so that the yolk goes in the middle. If you put it in boiling water and roll it in one direction, the yolk goes in the middle and becomes a quail egg that doesn't pop well.
STEP 3/4
