Usually, garlic and onions are used, but I used bell peppers and green onions because I wanted to contain spicy scents.

Prepare two servings of pork cutlet

Add Donburi soy sauce (refer to the seasoning) to the gas of fish broth and boil it.

Fry the prepared pork cutlet

When the sweet donburi soy sauce boils

Add the prepared vegetables and boil it again,

Add roughly beaten eggs (only 2 eggs) and turn off the heat when it is soft-boiled. Add only 80% of the donburi soy sauce made according to the amount above, then add eggs, season, and add or subtract additional ingredients. ^^
STEP 8/9
Cut the crispy fried pork cutlet into bite-size pieces
STEP 9/9
Put it on top of the rice and sprinkle the hot donburi sauce
