Season by adding 1 liter of water, 900cc of persimmon vinegar, 100cc of double apple vinegar, 1 cup of sugar 250cc cup, 3 spoons of salt, and 1 ladle of acupuncture. The basic base of pickled vegetables is water, vinegar, and sugar.

After about three days, boil it once, discard 1/3 of the pickled sweet vinegar, make a new 1/3 and pour it together. It would be better if you could do it again after about 3 days, but I just did it once.
There are two ways to make garlic pickles delicious: persimmon vinegar and anchovy sauce. You think it might smell fishy, but it's not like that at all. Add apple vinegar for 10% of the sourness of persimmon vinegar. Add fish sauce 1: Salt 1 ratio.
