STEP 1/9
Please prepare grapefruit juice, gelatin powder, and canned fruit.
STEP 2/9
Add powdered gelatin to 250ml of grapefruit juice and soak for about 1 minute. The most important thing about using powdered gelatin is that it should be soaked in cold water.
STEP 3/9
For your information, I've used several companies' powdered gelatin... Knox gelatin dissolves so well in cold water that even beginners are less likely to fail.
STEP 4/9
Prepare 750ml of grapefruit juice and sugar left in the pot.
STEP 5/9
Add sugar to the grapefruit juice, please. The reason why sugar is added is that when food gets cold, it doesn't taste sweet. If you want a healthy snack, you can reduce the amount of sugar.
STEP 6/9
Heat the pot with sugar and grapefruit juice slightly. About 80~^^
STEP 7/9
Then add the soaked gelatin and mix well. Gelatin mixes quickly because it dissolves well in warm temperatures.
STEP 8/9
Prepare a transparent glass or square airtight container, pour grapefruit juice, and top it with fruit can. Please harden it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
STEP 9/9
You can make grapefruit jelly very easily than you think. For your information, if you want to take the jelly out of the mold, soak the bottom in hot water for about 5 seconds. You can use gelatin's melting properties in hot temperatures.^^
Gelatin can be mushy at high temperatures..
You have to eat it in a cold state so that you can feel the chewy texture.^^
