Wash cucumbers with thick salt, wash them once with water, and leave them in a basket for a while to drain.

Add all the ingredients and seasonings and boil them to make pickle water. Add water 1 : sugar 0.4 : vinegar 0.4 : plum solution 0.2 ratio. Add a small spoon of salt. Bring to a boil and let it cool.

Divide the cucumber into 3~4 pieces.

Put cucumber, onion, and paprika in a container and pour the boiled pickle water to complete.
