I boiled the beef and made broth. 4g of Beef Spice Mix was boiled in a cotton bag while making 15C broth with one root of beef brisket.
I added 1T of sugar while seasoning with soy sauce, tuna liquid, and salt.

Noodles need to be boiled for a long time, but rice noodles need to be soaked in cold water for more than 30 minutes and then put in hot water for a while before eating It's easy to run a rice noodle restaurant. lol
