STEP 1/8
Cut 2 cucumbers in a round shape and pickle them in salt water. Rather than sprinkling salt on it, it's more evenly pickled.
STEP 2/8
I think the ratio of salted water to salted water is good with water 10: salt 1. It's not that salty on the outside and it's salty on the inside. I marinated it for about 10 minutes Drain in a strainer tray.
STEP 3/8
You have to squeeze the water out of the cucumber to stir-fry it in a cucumber. Spread the cucumber on a clean gauze or dishcloth and roll it and squeeze it.
STEP 4/8
While marinating cucumbers, fill 100g of beef and marinate it in bulgogi seasoning. Seasoning: soy sauce, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced green onion
STEP 5/8
Grease a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the cucumbers over high heat. If you stir-fry it too little, it smells like cucumber fishy, and if you stir-fry it for too long, you can't taste the crunchy cucumber, so stir-fry it in between and cool it down on a tray.
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry the seasoned beef on high heat and spread it out on a tray.
STEP 7/8
After steaming, mix cucumber and meat with sesame seeds, sesame salt, and sesame oil. I think it would look more delicious if there's some red in it. Fill 1/2 red pepper and mix it together.
STEP 8/8
Cucumber is seasoned according to cucumber and meat according to meat, so it's okay not to add more seasoning Sesame seeds are also added for the savory taste, but if sesame salt is added, you can make a hidden savory taste.
