STEP 1/7
I peeled the chicken skin for health and washed it clean. And I cut it into bite-sized pieces, dab it with a fork, and soak it in milk for about an hour to control the smell.
STEP 2/7
I took it out of the milk and seasoned it with salt, pepper, and garlic. I added a little bit of salt and pepper. Chicken powder is seasoned too, so if you season it a lot, it'll get really salty. Then, heat it in the oven for about 10 minutes and drain the oil once. It doesn't matter if you just do it, but I removed it because I thought it would be light if I removed the oil.
STEP 3/7
I spread chicken powder evenly on the chicken that was slightly baked. You need to coat it with powder so that it doesn't come off.
STEP 4/7
Now I'm going to give you some batter..I added ice, chicken powder, and water to add crunchiness. I referred to the amount on the back of the chicken powder for the batter.
STEP 5/7
Now, fry it in the frying oil to make it crispy. But you have to fry it until it's fully cooked. If you fry it over high heat, it will only burn. Fry it while controlling the heat
STEP 6/7
Like this, fried chicken is done.
STEP 7/7
The fried chicken was well fried, mixed with 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of plum extract, 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, and 1 tablespoon of lemon. I sprinkled sesame seeds, too.
